Two weeks and 7.4 lbs. later, I am officially on the carb cycling diet. I got the book last week and went to the market to get the supplies that I needed. I've been loosely following it since I got the book but obviously wasn't prepared for everything.
I squeezed in 25 minutes on the treadmill this morning and plan to go to the gym later today. Today I'm scheduled for lower body exercises and I want to do 25 minutes more of cardio.
I'm excited and pumped. Can this finally be the answer to my lifelong weight problem?
